A day or two on reddit there was an article about utilizing fat stem cells for breast augmentation. What do you know about this, how does it differ from fat transplant, and how does that differ from silicon, which is your preference?

You don't sit flat, you lean to the side. I personally lean right (I'm left handed) and because of this my right cheek has torque applied to it so as to separate the cheeks apart. I cannot imagine standing up and having to use two hands or awkwardly squat to spread my cheeks and wipe.
