This is awesome. You are awesome! I've been having excellent strength progress on my powerbuilding program but I want to run well too and I'm including running goals on my plan TODAY!!!

What were some of your first running goals regarding distance and time? I think I will focus more on speed than resistance to use the advantage I have right now and build upon it. Thank you so much for your story!

In health fields it is said we must always take care of ourselves first so we are able to take care of others properly. So taking care of too many other people first is kind of going against that, don't you think? And I was talking about strength training (think heavy deadlifts, weighted squats, overhead presses and such). Yoga, pilates, and cardio are useful too, but it is a bit unrelated to the question.
