Is there a specific moment from everything you have done that stands out most in your memories?

How do you get your bike everywhere when hitchhiking, hiking, and whatnot? I'm assuming that it won't fit in a lot of cars and stuff. Also, do you have to have different kinds of tires depending on what you're riding through?
