Jorge is helping him out for speed, but he could do it all on his own using a Braille monitor and keyboard. There's many different kinds out there, some blind people read on a Braille monitor and use a regular keyboard, some use a Braille keyboard. Some use text to speech and a regular keyboard. Blind people aren't helpless in front of a computer!

You should know that both bombs were air bursts. And on top of that there's also Braille monitors and keyboards (however, blind people can usually use a regular keyboard fine. Only people that are really shitty at typing actually looks at the keyboard when typing!).
