I can't even believe that the judge entertained this. As an attorney, I can't even fathom the judge that would take the time to hear a case like this when there are 1,000 bigger cases they could be focusing on.

I just had a baby and although I am not a whale, I am terrified to put my kid anywhere near where I'm sleeping (couch, bed). I mean come on people, it's common sense!
