Hey man, I just moved to the area and stuff, don't know many people yet. ...you know where I can get some weed?

I've always heard ppl say this would be a viable way to find hook ups and whatnot in a new area. Have you ever had anyone ask, and do you think this would work? :)

I know a guy who gets stuff from a guy who, generally speaking, looks like Jay. I always asked him (my friend) if he thought that for a small additional fee, said supplier would deliver the goods along with this or some other Jay lines/rap

So then, as you noted the high level of issues from alcohol, do you think it should be kept at a similar level of legality to that of marijuana?
