how can time be used as a value in scientific equations when man used it as a measurement that didnt exist before most of the things its applied to?

so if i understand your answer time is taken for granted as a constant but not provable. so since the majority agrees?

i am in no way even in the parking lot of the ballpark of intelligence of dr. green. but i feel like if we could omit the time factor from equations and figure out the provable value it would be a gamechanging breakthrough in scientific community and advancement
