Can you give us an update on Hero skins? When I made my article about the progression in Hearthstone (or lack of thereof) it struck me as one of the features moving rather slow.

We are 2 years in since the release of the first skin, Magni and even now we are not yet at a point where all classes have one. On top of that it is not all of those we got that are available with Tyrande being locked behind twitch prime at a time when basically only NA had access to that. No good for EU players like me.

Not sure that this is your call but I give it a go.

WC3 TFT had its editor include a tool designed to make custom campaigns. It was mostly for linking together campaign levels, but it's existence promoted the creation of some incredible custom campaigns, some of which I still remember to this day.

However for SC2 this tool was not included in the editor, and thus the custom campaign scene have been rather stagnant. Can you tell me why it was excluded and if it could be included in LotV?
