There's this Asian store in SF that you can pick fresh fish and they will clean and fry the fish for you. I swear they haven't changed their oil in years and the fish tastes glorious.

Edit: So there's been some interest. The one I go to is called Pacific Supermarket in Daly City. Many Asian stores offers this service but I like Pacific the best because that's the one I believe has the best tasting oil.

If you're going for the first time here's what you do:

1. Go to the Fish section of the store and pick out your favorite fish.
2. Ask them to clean it and they will ask you how you want it prepared. (You can have it cut into thirds or whole, you can have the it with head or headless, tail on or off, etc.)
3. Pay for the fish.
4. Go to the "deli" at the front of the store and ask them to fry it for you. It's free.
5. Profit.

Damn, I thought it was a feature length movie shot in 360°. It's cool and all but there are plenty of short videos shot in 360°.
