I read that as "ever choke a chicken with it", like you were asking him if he's tried to strangle small animals with his robot arm - or rephrased as, "are you showing the first signs of being a serial killer?"

I'd wager it's some sort of trident layers type situation.

Can you show us a picture of your legs? I'm really curious to see how muscular they are.
