This has left many American workers unemployed. On aquacultural tarriffs, consider this. In 2003, 3% of Catfish consumed in the United States came from non-domestic sources. By 2009, that figure was up to 57%. These issues are important to my fellow South Carolina voters. What's your stance on these tarriffs, in particular?
