What's the endgame for the whole thing, and how much did a behemoth like that cost?

What were those 'healthy ways' you mentioned? I don't know anything about it really, what is and isnt allowed

there could be something like a 94% reduction in the volume of radioactive waste from some reactors if they started going for a proper circular nuclear cycle, and turning unused uranium fuel back into plutonium (could be the other way around) it would improve that hugely.

breeder reactors would also be a good way forward.

Probably, I'm curious to see if that's actually allowed tho
