What do you recommend for those whose priests are too busy for one-on-one spiritual direction? Maybe some book or something?

I know you can't mention specific people so as to not violate the seal, but regarding general sins you've heard, what was the most grave? what was the most surprising? what was the most not-actually-a-sin?
