How do you know you have a book to write? Do you worry what you want to write is good enough?

Amazing! Thanks for sharing that story. Hopefully your uncle has recorded all his experiences down on paper or something I think your children or family would learn a lot about him and see the good things he has done and be inspired.

Making them yourself is easy but it does take a while since brineing the chicken takes hours if not overnight. use the time to browse reddit or think of how good fried chicken is.
