Not her, but not all groups are gonna be negative. Sure, incels are bad, but what about all the other harmless weirdos? Growing up nerdy in the Before Times when that was less accepted, I'm not sure how coming together with other Star Wars fans, for example, was all that bad a thing.

It should be noted that at least back then it was harder to find the more toxic sides of fandom and easier to find the side where some fan would, say, have their car need expensive repairs they couldn't afford and the local community would come together to chip in towards it and other positive things like that.
