Can only give advise on LSD. Try going on youtube. You can distract yourself with videos and when you read the comments it's heckin' wild. They make no sense and in trying to parse the meaning it forces your brain off darker thoughts.

Do you ever want to just leave an oyster to see how big it will eventually get?

Is there any way to test LSD for safety? What the heck would I even test for? I just get it from a friend I trust and there's never been an issue but I guess I should know how if needed.
