Fuck, you've got a lot of start-up buzzwords in this post and on your site, but what are you actually doing? Who are you working with? Any big names in the industry?

More importantly, what are you providing in this scenario? Labs are already researching things like this across the world, how is your involvement making a difference?

Fuck, you're not looking for donations? You should probably tell your web designer that. They made the donate button a prominent feature on your site.

As for your "goal". That would actually be extremely beneficial to any research subject. The problem is, how do you plan to reach that goal? Better yet, what makes your organization believe it has the relevant skills necessary to reach that level of organization when billion dollar corporations can't even reach that level of internal organization. Let alone an external global one.

Fuck, you should make a list of their meaningless buzzwords from their website too. That may take you all day though.

Fuck, you didn't really answer any of my questions. Take your time to write out a professional answer, but if you want any respect in this AMA, these are the bare minimum questions you have to answer:

Where do donations go? Do you have quarterly or annual financial reports?

What service(s) do you offer to labs you collaborate with? How does your work actually help in the discovery and development of this novel vaccine?

Do you have any evidence to suggest that a universal vaccine is even possible? What are some planned molecular targets or mechanisms of action?

Your profile on the Sabin website shows you have enough experience to know why the idea of a universal vaccine for influenza seems like a pipe dream. You should also be familiar with the many scientific and bureaucratic road blocks in the way of this goal. I know this is reddit and most people here probably don't have graduate level education, so you probably didn't expect to go into that much detail. However, I couldn't even find these answers on your website. To those of us with experience in the field, this comes across as unprepared, uninformed, and unrealistic.

I mean no offense, judging by your history, I assume you can answer these questions, but not addressing them upfront or on your site will make people assume that you can't. The overuse of buzzwords doesn't help either.

Fuck, you make a good point, but the AMA doesn't start for another 24 mins. I think OP just failed to mention the start time.
