This is very similar to what Elizabeth Smart has expressed.

Your wife can't drive if she "popped" 5 tires. Seriously dude. I've actually popped one tire in my 45+ yrs of driving. 40 yrs ago, it was balding, we were broke and at a dead stop. No one was hurt. I had one flat about 35 yrs ago. Nail in the tire, changed it myself, then husband put a patch in it. We keep our tires in good condition, drive sensibly, and of course check tire pressures regularly. Maybe get wifey a drivers course, if she can't drive in your cul de sac, I'm sure she's not any better in a crowded/busy parking lot. Unless of course you are totally fibbing.

No kidding. It's clearly bullshit. I have no idea what he hopes to gain by the AMA.

Do what Elledan1211 said. Go to a lawyer. First. Before you do anything else. Some will give you a free consultation and a quote of how much it will be to get this resolved. You can visit a few if you need to. Don't go with the cheapest, go with the best. Good luck to you.
