why can't i get pancakes made from waffle batter?

I used to be a Cart Retrieval Specialist at walmart, and did the same thing. We had this door greeter, a 50 year old guy who looked like a sweet little old man from the 50's with the curly mustache and everything. After talking to him for 5 minutes, the illusion shattered; this guy was a dick. I'm not saying you need to get along with everyone, but if you work with someone in close proximity 5 days a week, you should at least be courteous.

One day, the other pushers and myself decided to mess with this guy. We waited until he sat his razor knife down and stuck a tag in the blade storage. Being a crotchety old man, he seen 2 guys over by where we kept our stuff, he comes over thinking someone is going to take "his stuff" Pockets the knife and then hovers over us until we left. About 20 minutes later, he walks through the sensor, and it goes off. Greeters walk through the sensor about 100 times a day. You can see where this went. We told him after about a week, and he thought it was pretty funny. Lightened up after that.
