I lived in DC for years, contracted out to the freddie mac office out in Ashburn( they're building a metro out that way I hear? Insanity) and I did a little bit of pre-screening for our new temps and a lot of your info is 100% spot on. Its just nice to hear someone telling everyone super useful info.
