My aunt had a double mastectomy nearly 15 years or so ago. The 3D fake nipple was not a thing then (I think, if it was, she didn't get it), and went natural, nipple-wise. She also went to a tattoo artist instead of letting the surgeon do it. I think you'd like her. Good luck with the chemo brain! It still haunts her a little, but has largely subsided.
