Will there be more Tyranny?

In a year that brought us Quantum Break, Uncharted 4, and Gear of War 4, Tyranny was my personal 2016 GotY, and would love a continuation of the story.

If you were given an unlimited budget to make a gaming experience the likes of which players have yet to know:

* What would that dream look like to you?
* Who would you want to collaborate with (VO, mo-cap, music, dev, writer, etc.)?
and
* Would you want it to be a new IP? (what genre?) or based on an existing one? (which?)
