I don't think glass artists need to try to cater to males or females specifically. They should make what they love. Maybe one gender prefers it over the other. It seems to me that both men and women love the moon equally. I'm pretty sure he makes what he loves to make. Not what he thinks will sell or what he thinks one genre of human will prefer. He puts his love and energy (he will puke at that statement, but it's true) into every piece he makes, and I feel that is one of the biggest reasons he is successful.
