Hey Veronica,

This might sound like a ridiculous question, but it's deeper than it appears - promise.

Why do you play video games?

I'd argue it can't be for the stories - you can find better, more engrossing and more epic stories in other media, such as books. I'd also argue it can't be for cinematographic purposes - films, be they real-world or CGI surely eclipse video games on that front. So: why? I recently asked Jeff Cannata this question, and his response was that he could play in an author's world for a while; personally, I don't even really know why I play games. I think it's partially to do with the interactivity and agency I have on the world, but there's something deeper I can't quite seem to put my finger on.

Anyway, good luck with the AMA! :)

Hey there! I’ve started playing and am really enjoying it so far. I was wondering how you went about getting heavyweights like Cissy Jones and Yuri Lowenthal involved, and how you found the directing voice actors process? :)

At GDC, Andy, who was your favourite CA and why?

Genuine question: this year's GDC was my first, and it was amazing. Having a chance to meet a bunch of the people I'd only read about was an incredible experience. Who is your favourite game designer, and what was it like when you first met them?
