I don't think most people blame people for being here or working. Nor do I think people blame people for trying to make a living while here. Nor do people think that things made or done by illegal immigrants is worse than what would be done by people of legal status.

I think for most people, like myself, it's just the desire that lawful and controlled immigration is what is accepted, while unlawful and non-controlled immigration is not accepted. It has nothing to do with the value or worth of those who are here illegally.

Thinking that immigration should be able to be controlled does not mean you have anything against contracting people from Central America to do some job.

I'm not sure if you're being honest here or just fishing for responses, but he wasn't unable to breath because of anyone holding pressure on his airway. The chokehold did not asphyxiate him, nor was it held in place long enough to have any direct effect. That's not a debate. What happened is that his asthma and heart malfunctions were initiated by the physical confrontation, and that is what led to him not being able to breath as well as his death. The chokehold in this incident could arguably been any initiation of physical confrontation, as any initiation of physical confrontation would have potentially had the same end result of asthma/heart attacks.

I got into physics because of amazing science communicators like Bill Nye, and Carl Sagen. I loved the big ideas and the fun concepts, but never actually liked DOING physics.

This speaks to me, except it was Hawking and Kaku. After a year of physics, I realized that I really enjoyed "armchair physics" (a term I made up), but not *actual* physics. Still extremely glad I didn't try to tough out a physics major.

Being strangled implies that his airway was being cut off while he was saying that and/or for any significant period of time, and this is objectively false. I don't know if you're trying to stir things up and make this a divisive thread, but you're not stating what actually happened.
