I always imagined that these kinds of jobs would have high burnout from the emotional investment. Do you have a way to turn off so to speak when you get home? Or is it not much of an issue?

Wait hold up, private ambulance service? Is that where people pay direclty from tbeir wallets and subscribe to your company and if they need an ambo theyd call you instead of emergency services?

Can non subscribed people use private ambos? Like if there was a pedestrian hit in front of you but theyre not one of your people can you help them?

Im from a country where medical care mostly comes out of federal or state taxes so i dont understand whats acceptable/not acceptable in a private medical world.

Hi Mr KRudd, media orgs in general seem to be having a hard time at the moment with declining subscriptions, cutting investigative jounros and news rooms and going after the trash news stories. All contributing to dumbing down of society and pandering to echo chamber audiences. Are there any public policy levers that you think govts could use to combat this, restore trust in media eroded by 'fake news' claims etc?
