I don't get it. It's so easily resolved. In my local casino they use 6 decks of cards and an automatic shuffle machine. After every hand the cards get shuffled. No more card counting.

Leave well before bars close

Probably the best tip. I live in Europe, but it's the same everywhere. When all bars close, drunks come out and there will be trouble. Leave an hour early.
