Blindly following an anonymous tip with that level of agree soon is definitely wrong. I don't care how severe the tip is they still need to do some research. What if they showed up to that house like that after doing zero recon and the house was rigged with explosives? Or there was 10 guys waiting with guns to ambush them? There is no excuse for this level of incompetence.
