As someone who has been in the bar business for many years, I find it troubling that an experienced doorman doesn't know his bar's occupancy. We routinely have fire marshalls (in America) walking the street and checking our doorguys clickers. A bar that doesn't abide by occupancy is a Great White incident away from tragedy.

A law was enacted in Georgia on July 1 that requires all bars to employ only individuals who are 21+. While there is nothing explicitly written in the law that allows it, in my town the Department of Revenue came through and went into bars and started IDing my friends and I. I'm 29, but I was inclined to refuse the request since we were legally drinking in a bar and not doing anything suspicious. They were going up to many people and asking the same thing. I showed my ID so they would leave us alone but what are my rights in that situation? Thanks
