Wow! Ccongratulations thats amazing! Im working on my weight, my biggest issue is i am extremely physical, i work in the blue collar industry, and i can and do outwork people in shape all the time. So i kind of forget i need to keeo watching what i eat. Then i remember when i pull my pants up, and then over my stomach. TMI??
