That sounds like an awful idea. You think homeless people who are scraping by trying to find food are willing to burn extra calories in a workout?

You can enjoy a warm place without making your body hungrier by exercising. I am not saying a gym membership is a bad idea, as it provides facilities a homeless man might otherwise not have. But using the gym equipment when you are not eating a balanced diet already is just dangerous. The only reason I commented is because I see comments like this all the time where people feel they are giving good advice to people without fully comprehending the situation they are in. Suggesting a homeless man work out demonstrates a lack of understanding of what it means to be homeless.
