Maybe a dumb question, but do you actually buy full kitchen matches or do you have a source where you can buy them without the heads?

If you do buy them with the heads, do you do anything interesting with large numbers of them?

I work at a smaller company (<100 people) now but have previously worked at larger companies (including one you mentioned in another comment), what steps can we take to ensure a more ethical supply chain? For instance, when I'm ordering a part from another country or a part sold in the US that was made in another country, the company doesn't tell me the age of their workers or how many bathroom breaks they get, they just tell me a price. How do we obtain and verify that the part we're buying was made ethically when lacking the resources to create a fully monitored supply chain?
