I think it depends on the facility. I'm a CNA at a great place

If my boss and her boss didn't care I wouldn't care. There are so many sketchy places I would never put any of my family members in. It took me only 3 months to get my certification. You get a whole wide range of people passing. I've only met 2 CNAs during my time that I wouldn't trust with anyone's care.

I have to say thanks for your hard work!

A nurse sat me down in a room with her. She told me I couldn't leave the room until I promised I wouldn't commit suicide.

She didn't have to do that. She didn't have to put an emotional investment in it.

For me as a CNA.... I think something motion activated would be great. We have personal pendants that residents forget they have when they fall. Something motion activated would be great!
