Do you think the skills demonstrated in a CCW test are enough to prove someone is able to carry a gun anywhere they go? I like in Kentucky and the test here is a complete joke. I saw someone who couldn't load a mag and someone who was trying to load a mag backwards pass the test... I wouldn't trust them to handle a gun by themselves let alone carry one at all times and potentially use one near myself and people I love.
