In light of all the videos of cops on power trips being assholes like the one you linked, how often do you come across fellow cops like that? Do cops get away with abuse of power often?
How would you (or do you) react to people like the ones in videos at checkpoints that refuse to answer questions and do the "am I being detained?" "Am I free to go?" Loop?
