What do you think of D&D 5th Edition so far?

So, I never got to play Psychonauts when I was a kid, but I remember watching the commercial for it CONSTANTLY 'cause it was on the JAWS Unleashed game.

I've always wanted to play it, and the concept of it is still super interesting to me.

So I guess, without me knowing anything about it, my question would be this :

How long was the process from creating characters to actually developing the game, and where did you get the concept for it?

How did you get involved in the RPG industry, and do you think it would be possible for a young person (19, such as myself) to get into it?
