Right? I told my mom once because, oddly enough, a random post on reddit about it. She freaked out even though I said I've always seen the snowyness and such, and then it kind of faded into the background. Honestly, feels good knowing that it's probably this and that it's actually a thing.

Power outages are a nightmare for when I go to sleep because instead of a soft glow from the bathroom light and the door closed over, I just see the static and splotches of light and such.

Reading through your post I'm pretty sure I have this, but the psychological effects you've described, to me, seem (for lack of a better word) extreme. Really I'm not trying to be offensive at all, but I can't tell how it could be that troubling.
