How long do you think it will be, realistically, before a fully self-driving car is available on the market?

Awesome. Yes, I was talking about personal vehicles. I hate flying because it is a hassle to get to the airport and them I'm on someone else's time table. I would love to be able to just hop in my car at night and wake up at my destination.
