Normally gore really bothers me, but to be honest it looks incredibly fake. I don't know what I expected a severed hand to look like, but not that.

Sharing needles isn't morally wrong and those people aren't bad people. They didn't hurt anyone outside the other people they shared needles with. Why look down on them?

You can change style/look/color of eyebrows if you draw it on too.
