I agree. The business model is sustainable now that they buy to own and then rent. Their just a landlord but making offices into "units" a la an apartment type model.

As a director, how much say do you have in the flow of the scene? Are there certain notes that need to be hit per the script (like a reverse blow job or face-sitting)?
