In regards to low income areas, (ghettos, slums, council estates, projects) with high unemployment and crime rates.

Are the anti-social, petty criminal element of society obeying the lockdown? If not what happens to them

I ask because I suspect here in the UK, especially the city I live in, those people won't obey a lockdown or curfew
