I've been farming since I was a little boy and in the food industry for a year. I've always dreamed of being a butcher and maybe even owning a deli. My question is, should this remain a dream, or is butchering a feasible career path as a 22 year old? I've loved cooking and raising my meats, and I can forsee myself staying in the food industry.
