Hello, I was recently diagnosed with severe depression and was trying to get disability. They denied me even after the fact that I was diagnosed and have other health issues. Why does this happen so often to people? They have my medical recods and everything. I just don't get it.

So I have to walk with a cane and have nerve damage in my legs. Is there a way I can do cardio and other exercises without using my legs so much?
