Does the kind of support you receive from toxic fringe idea communities bother you at all? Are you scared of being adopted by groups that would use your book to push misogyny?

EDIT: I'd like to thank everyone for the PMs and the one reply for the thoughtful responses, I'm glad to know my question was right on the money.

Once again the NHL is at the forefront of equality with athletes. It was the first major league to let a woman play. Growing up with hockey I have been lucky enough to enjoy the sport with so many different types of people, and everything I learned about acceptance (and well as sportsmanship and gentlemanly behavior) came from being involved with hockey. I think of this campaign not as a coming out for athletes but an excellent way to shine light on a philosophy that a lot of hockey players already have, and that is, if you have the ability then your teammates shouldn't care about anything else.

I don't really have a question, I just want to applaud your efforts to promote this facet of hockey's greatness and possibly spread the message to the corners of our sport that might be late in catching up with the 21st century. Hockey is a pure meritocracy and is one of the many reasons it stands head and shoulders above other professional sports.

Huzzah.

I'm aware. I knew there was little to no chance of her addressing her pandering to fringe groups.

My best friend and I got into an airsoft gun battle with you outside Con one year. Then we walked with you and you got us into a panel for Kevin. At that panel we then got tickets to a screening for Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.

Seriously, I've been to every con since 93, it is still my number one con moment. Thank you.

Pretty meh, killing time between classes. Sorry about all the ex-wife questions you're going to get hit with man. I have an ex-wife, I know it can get annoying.
