Looking ahead many decades (perhaps even centuries) Do you think we'll ever reach a "post scarcity" economy where automation, AI, and robotics run the bulk of the economy while people are left to their own devices?
unless our economic system drastically changes, I can see this leading to a huge divergence in the economy where the most powerful own all the capital and production, while everyone else is left by the wayside and misses out on the increases in productivity. It seems like we are beginning to see the start of this already.
Do you think we'll get to that point? or will we see a vast overhaul of our economic system as technology makes leaps forward?
