How much of a threat is Mt Rainier. Is it realistic for it to blow anytime in the next 100 years? I'm relatively new to Washington and living near volcanoes and it's beautiful; however, I am not really sure what kind of actual danger I am looking at daily.

It's not solved. Most of my family and many coworkers are skeptical of getting the covid 19 vaccines with zero evidence of it being unsafe. Imagine if something happened where a producer of an open source vaccine made a mistake and actually harmed people. We would hear no end of it.
