How will you get ahold of the people who have the debt? I would imagine they're used to avoiding contact with anyone they do not recognize a number or solicitation from, by virtue of the fact they've had to deal with the harassment of collectors.

Are you hoping to gain enough traction of what you are and what you're doing, that people will pay attention to you in advance to find out if they were selected?
