The timing of the virus was extremely inconvenient as basically every factory in China had just shut down due to Chinese New Year so stocks of everything are at their lowest level of the entire year. Restarting a factory unexpectedly is a logistical nightmare since every factory in the entire supply chain needs to be started all at once or you're not getting your finished product out the door.

I don't know if you're still reading but the most important step is to release a better picture of you into the public domain so that it can be legally used on Wikipedia.

Probably the easiest way to do that would be to upload a picture to Flickr and tag in Creative Commons, then edit Wikipedia to use that picture. I'd be happy to help you update the image on Wikipedia if you can provide the appropriately licensed picture.

Take a look at Secure Drop. It's a system designed to securely allow whistleblowers to anonymously communicate with media orgs. The directory lists all the media orgs that accept securedrop files, including some mentioned in this thread.

I would also add ProPublica to the list of orgs you should try contact.

Regulation forced them to stop advertising on television and put warning labels on their packets and use some portion of their profits to fund anti-smoking campaigns via higher taxes which slowly drove down the consumer appetite for cigarettes.
