Thanks for doing this AMA and thanks for creating all of the content you have. I have watched every one of your videos on YouTube and am a huge fan. I have directed many friends to your channel.

I have many questions I would like to ask you, mostly about your personal story and personal life, but I’ll just ask if you’ve made any good friends from the people you’ve interviewed and if you still keep in touch with them(besides Tanya Tate, of course)?

Honest question, so does this mean that the long term consequences, good or bad, are unknown due to not having good evidence?

Baby’s momma’s breast milk has antibodies that help baby fight illnesses as their immune systems develop. In fact, your body will change the cocktail of milk depending on what’s going on with your baby. This is done through the communication of your breasts being touched by baby’s mouth. Therefore, breastfeed your baby as much as you can for as long as you can. Believe it or not the cdc recommends breastfeeding for 2 years.
