Pardon me for asking if its been answered elsewhere, but why are liquids thickened? That, to me, seems like it would be harder to down.

It's not fun falling from even a 1 story houses' roof. Everything kinda feels like slow mo and your brain is like "Oh fuck I hope we don't land wrong, it would totally suck to land on my neck".

The call of the void. Everyone has it.

I have a feeling that our brain can process everything a ton faster during life threatening situations or something of that effect, because every time I've fallen from 1 or 2 stories, I have the same "prolonged" feeling.

Maybe someone can chime in as to how or why? Or maybe I'm just crazy.
